Pro is not on sale yet. When it opens at $7.99 per month or $69.00 per year, it will add 1000 monthly credits on top of the 20 daily credits. Paying annually would save $26.88 compared with twelve monthly payments, and unused credits do not roll over.
Start with a free account; Pro opens to existing accounts first and can be switched on from your account page. Google’s own limits apply the same way on both plans.

How much does Intake cost during launch?
Nothing. Every account is on Free at $0 with 20 daily credits, refreshed at 00:00 UTC. Paid plans open later.
What will Pro add?
Pro will add 1000 monthly credits on top of the 20 daily credits, for $7.99 per month or $69.00 per year. The form workflows and provider limits stay the same as Free. Unused credits do not roll over.
What are credit packs?
Credit packs will let you buy additional credits when you need more. Packs will come in three sizes: 100 credits, 500 credits, or 1,500 credits. Purchased credits never expire and are used after your daily and subscription credits. They are coming soon.
How do I get Pro when it opens?
Start with a free account and keep building. When Pro opens, you can switch it on from your billing page; everything you have made on Free comes with you.
How are credit charges decided?
Intake works out the exact cost on the server from the proposal you reviewed. Requests it cannot carry out, and questions it has to ask you first, cost nothing. Creating the form, or changing a form you already own, still waits for your confirmation.
